Lots of virgin olive oil (vegetable oil will do, but not as good), plenty of tomatoe ketchup and some lemon juice. Add a little black pepper and leave your chicken to marinade overnight in the refridgerator!
Cubed chicken works best but this also works great with breast and thighs (what doesn't huh)

Exactly, use this as your base. Its pretty much user friendly and kid friendly too.
But you can add all sorts, garlic, onions, chillies, herbs.... Its all about experimentation, I just find that sometimes the simplest is the best
