Anyone know of any good excercises/physio for a foot thatjust healed from being broken?

SPRINTS!
Seriously though, i'm no expert in the matter but I do know you should try to strengthen the muscle around the bone to support it, but definitely light exercise to start off

I hear masturbation strengthens muscles, would you reccomend starting there? Ya know, with you being a tosser for reccomending sprints!!! Seriously though, its making good progress. Does seem to hurt more then I walk upstairs and downstairs though
